Last night I made kind of a pork stew with trimmings from my butchered loin, instead of roasting. I used whatever I needed to finish off in the reefer/pantry, so it got kind of strange. Sort of Chinese-flavored pork stew with bell peppers, leeks, garlic, peas, carrots, and orzo pasta. I got leftovers if anyone wants them. It was good comfort food and karma enjoyed licking the bowl...

It's 1.30 pm here...I'm in the process of eating a Mexican 3 Bean Wrap and I had a coke earlier. Going to make a Quorn curry for my dinner tonight with rice, mango chutney and onion bhaji's. Finished off with some crisps and chocolate before bed I expect!

14h01 and I've eaten two slices of toast, one with butter and extra salt, the other with rasberry jam and cheese (together yum!), about 8 olives and at least 5 cups of coffee. Oh, and 2 strawberries!

Just polished off a bag of Raisinets...

...it states on the bag "Natural source of Fruit Antioxidants" and it contains 30% less fat (than the leading chocolate brands), so these chocolate covered raisins must be good for me.

Nothing yet. Lazy day, flew across country yesterday, got in after midnight, and haven't hardly got the day started.

Think it will be Coco Crispies. No redeeming nutritional value. But loaded with chocolate. How bad can that be? Chocolate is always good, sometimes it's great.

It is 5-44am. I have just had my first cup of coffee. I will leave in about 10 minutes for my 10km walk...then I will be back for a second cup of coffee...before I head off and organise 70 children to paint show jumping poles.

Then later today I might think about some food.

Oddly enough, I am just now heating up the filling for some home-made tacos for a late lunch.
