Redneck style. First of all, I used a .312 drill bit and drilled nice big hole in the control knob as seen in figure redneck 1. Then I found me a nice big wire nut and drilled a .060 hole in the end of it. Next cut a one inch piece off a .062 allen wrench and placed it into the end of the wire nut about 1/4 of a inch, then super glued it solid. As seen in figure redneck 2. Well thats it for this Redneck work shop. Finished project as seen in figure redneck 3.

I have another knob in the making just waiting on th JB weld to dry, post tomorrow when finished.

That knob thingy stopped working on ours too!

A couple a layers a Duck Tape for extra grip in the wet would make it a real class job.
