|Hey there. Congrats on the job. While I don't think your processing goes too far, it looks fine to me, especially the b&w... I'd like to offer some advice (if I may). Acting (and modeling) headshots need to show personality, need to stand out from the zillion other headshots of the zillion other actor-wanna-be types out there. While your straight head & shoulders on while head shot is probably great for a corporate directory, I'm afraid its just not going to impress many agents. Google actor headshots and look at the variety out there. They should show personality. They should stand out in some way. They should say something about who the person is and what she is able to do for them.... or they just get pitched.
I know this isn't the question you asked... but I felt compelled to help. Please invite this lovely lady back and try some different angles, try some expressions, try some environmental backgrounds... if she wants to work, and competition is really tough out there, she will need to show off!
