I have achieved the same level of mediocrity in both challenges...

Adhered to the 47 steps rules as required and ended up doing a view of suburbia but I am getting voted down something terrible.

Is there a way to unsubmit an entry once the voting has started by the way?

You can ask SC for a self-DQ as long as you haven't had a DQ in the last 20 or so entries

You can 'Self DQ' as long as you have not had another DQ in the last 25 entries. I think you request it through the General Inquiry tab under help. You send a request to SC stating that you want to Self DQ. SC will send back an email making sure you want to. You will likely need to check your junk mail folder for the email - as most SC mail seems to go there for some reason.

But if you Self DQ, you will need to be extra careful going forward. AND....If you like the shot, I would suck it up and leave it in there. It is just a score!

It's funky, but I really like my shot. I knew it wouldn't have mass appeal and figured it would be 5.6-5.8

I am, however, so incredibly off on my foliage shot. I thought for sure a 6.2 and it's at 5.6 blechh.

ooh! favs are so cool! I think that's the best part of the challenge -- if you get a fav.

I sent a ticket to SC asking that mine be self dq'd, but so far it's still there and still scoring very poorly.
