Voted earlier coming back to comment now.
Great B&W tones in this photo!!! Love the ghostly people milling about and the zoom lines from passing cars. Those two elements make it look like the Palace of Westminster and Big Ben remain constant; never changing in the face of time. Time zooms on by and people come and go, but this landmark will stand. |

| Great use of a long exposure here. There is so much "win" about this image. It's shots like this that inspire me to go out and try new photo setups myself :) |

| Gorgeous shot. Love the motion and stillness of the photo. The black and white color conversion is a perfect choice. The detail on the tower and castle (?) is impeccable. No flaws that I notice. |
