just a few pointers, your subject is in the center of the frame, try to get him over to a third of the shot. Try to remove distracting elements, like the girl at the computer and the TV and such. Instead of pointing the flash right at the subject, point it at the ceiling or a wall to soften the shadows.

| Neat shot. The expression is cool. There are some dark shadows being cast, but I like the attempt. |

| Flash is way too harsh here, and kinda ruins any illusion of floating. |
