Something up the street from work. I saw it when the Daffodil was still standing but it was slumped over by the time I got the camera there. No matter, I think it moodier this way. Later

I find the strip in the forground somewhat distracting, I like the rest of the image and composition. the lines work really well

Your use of DoF, Placement in the frame and the B&W tones really helped to create that lonely feeling. The flower bowing down helped to generate that mood too.

Love this black and white! Great DOF. Nice detail throughout the rest of the photo. Sadly, the daffodil looks like someone has trampled on it. Very well shot and processed
