I would not have said "sadness" but this subject certainly has witnessed much in life. I'm a fan of this kind of portraiture - well-done black and white, interesting face, eye contact, compelling expression. In my top 10.

I smiled when I saw this shot. There's so much experience and wisdom, it seems, in his face. It's like his eyes want to tell you something. The detail is immaculate. The black and white conversion is amazing. A truly beautiful photo! 10
