 Another FWBA club member climbing "Nice Hill"
You know it's a nice hill because it says so a few yards from the top, spray painted on the pavement.


Nice Hill has turned out to be one of my best locations to get dramatic cycling shots. I shot it looking up the other side for the Book Titles challenge.


This was taken on a Saturday morning club ride around the lake. Some others chose to take a detour around the hill along the shoreline, but hitting 35mph on the downside was most definitely worth the climb!

One thing I have found shooting with the G11, is that it is far more finicky about the quality and direction of the light than the DSLR. My challenge quality pics are fewer from this camera.
