I never got around to viewing/voting this challenge. I think I would have deducted a point or two from the aspect of the composition, the subject is on the side, rather than in a corner. Otherwise it is a rather appealing piece - very oriental.

I like the simplicity of this image but I would have liked to see a bit more focus on the Cherry Blossoms.

hmmm i think this may have suffered score-wise from being more on a "side" than a "corner". the negative space is pleasing, not so sure about the vignette. i'd like to see this with a "blended" edge to the vignette.

A bit of noise in the sky for my monitor... but I love the corner placement. The colors don't bother me... They, with the vignette, make it an "old fashioned" image.

I understand what you were going for here...but in my opinion this is just a little blah. It might have helped if you were able to boost the colors slightly.

Simplistic and pretty, I love the almost eggshell-coloured sky. The brightness could stand to be upped a wee tad.
