 for some reason this really stood out in my memory... i believe it's because of the interesting ceiling (which is what i named the image after) and the lights that really added to the mood. These women had been working since 4.30am to make tortillas and yet their pace was still impressive and inspiring.

Under that heaven of light
I saw industry,
and heard the bread of a simple people
wait to coalesce
in plastic bags,
and that night dreamt of cookies
the size of a god's eyes,
and the next morning
breathed the body of commuters
crawling on carpets of stone.
