 Finally had an idea for Fairy Tales! Got my trusty sword out of the closest, put it in the sun to get some good bright spots, put a star filter on the camera and played around to find a good angle.

Post processing was slight contrast/color adjust, crop, and editing out of some weird little dot that showed up.

not quite fancy enough to be excalibur...but a nice angle and the sun glint is really nice on the blade

Interesting star effects from the steel, but the image has an overall lack of sharpness that bothers me. I think a touch less blade showing would have focused more attention on the interesting grip and balanced the frame more evenly.
