Being ultra picky I would like to see more light over your eye and less on your forehead. That's all I've got to critique, a great start.
As soon as my radio triggers arrive for my lighting I think you may become harassed by me 8-p |

Nice detail, looks like there is a bit of touching up around the beard though this may just be artefacts, it does have a nice subtle glow to it overall which I like.

A critique:
I would reduce the power of the light a bit. Maybe move more to the right in the shot. (change crop)
