| I don't find the BW helpful , the castle background is not effective like this , the street grain gets too much attention for my taste |

| Seems like it would make more sense (but not look as good) if the shoe faced the other way ... seems to me she lost it running away from the castle ... nice idea and execution regardless. |

| DOF is excellent, I love the castle-shaped background which adds much to your shot. Composition with the shoe is great, nice angle. :-) Good luck! |

| Great idea, one I thought we'd see a ton of. The bottom of the image is cool. Above the slipper there are way too many over exposed areas that call attention to themselves. |

| I have two favourites in this challenge, this is one of them. I like the use of shallow DOF to throw the detail of that castle out - less obvious that it's not real. I like the chosen prop - a modern day style but with that touch of glamourous glitter. Composition works for me. And how creative to see this kind of subject approached succesfully in black and white - the general assumption seems to be that fairy tale = colour. Excellent! |

| Clever idea and well pulled off. The play with the shallow depth of field blurring out the castle in the background is very effective! |

| Nice idea for this chllenge and a well composed photograph. The BG is a bit too blurry and it seems like there's a chainlink fence in fron of the castle. Other than that, this is a very good shot. |
