CRITIQUE CLUB!

While I am sure that this photo fits the "Travel" theme, unfortunately I have to say that it's not a great photo.

First, the title. There's nothing in the photo to indicate really that it's Christmas Eve. This could be a lot of traffic any day. Also, there's really not a lot to indicate that this is all that "busy." Because of the stopped motion, one can't tell if this is actual traffic, or just people bunching up a stoplight, or whatever. Perhaps a longer shutter time to give it the feeling of more motion? More motion trails would also give more "oomph" to the phantom taillights on the right side of the frame. Stop-motioned as they are, they are just kind of floating out there and don't really add anything to the picture.

The photo is quite dark. From a distance, it's difficult to discern what is going on. It also lacks a single focal point that gives a viewer's eye a place to rest.

Sorry but I can't tell a lot from this. I see tail lights on the car in front of you. But I can't tell where the lights on the left are going. Can't even tell their direction. It almost looks like they are aimed at you and the car in front of you. Nothing on the sides of the road to help figure this out. Need better execution. PTL

It's interesting, but I wish that it were lighter so that I could see more of what was going on
