How sweet and tender and good b/w use with just the right lighting. I notice a grain problem, but the comp is good. 6

Great idea, but not 'fairytaley' enough if you know what I mean. Also your would have had a more powerful composition if you had cropped it on the LHS.

The concept here is great and nails the challenge..however there is a tremendous amount of detail missing in both the swan and the ugly duckling.

As much as I like B&W, I think playing around with color would have suited you better.

The swan looks great! I think a closer crop on the left would help bring it out more.

Nice reflection work. The image feels a bit underexposed overall, yet overexposed severely on the swan's side to the point of loosing detail.
