 Not sure what kind of bird he is - based on the bird thread, he may be a type of heron? Or is he an egret of sorts? He posed quite nicely.

Black crowned night heron, according to Robert. Out in the middle of the day, too! Silly bird... :-)



And as Lydia points out, his shot is probably B&W and blurry... :-)

He's a Heron, Black-Crowned Night Heron to be exact.
