 So after realizing I had no idea how to edit the image I had in mind for this challenge I started organizing all of the images I had collected to use for the final entry.

I found the images I wanted to use as my background and spliced them together and found this scene which I then edited to what you see.

Not sure how the voting will go..

Other fun facts:

I know the rain looks fake.
I couldn't figure out how to make realistic rain drops or water on the ground.
The rocks look out of focus, unclear and dry.

All in all. I like it.

I enjoyed this a great deal. The overall lightness of the overcast day works with the rain as sort of a sun shower. My only thought is that the dunes in the mid- to upper left of the shot add balance, but may steal thunder away from the scope and perspective of the fisherman.
