 Two softboxes to camera left and right, then some photochopping.

Not the highest quality post processing, just having fun.

Side note... the 17-40 on a full frame sensor is like a totally new lens. The distortion is crazy... used to be my favorite lens, but now I am struggling with it.

i hear you, my fish eye on my old rebel was almost like a wide angle, on the 5d2 the distortion almost makes me not like the lens anymore

Hey, if you're struggling with that lens on your FF feel free to give it to someone with a crop sensor ;)

I didn't realise it was three shots until I read your comment below, I just thought you'd stood the girls on boxes. If you decide to do it again my suggestion would be to get them to stand on their tiptoes or (carefully) stand on the edge of something so their feet look like they're hanging instead of standing.

It is three photos combined and I took about 10 minutes on the post processing. I wasn't really interested in getting it perfect, I was more interested in working the concept for future ideas.

Those delts, doesn't look like you're struggling at all. Need to figure out your exercise routine.
