 Had to go to Quebec City for work and ended up working until 1h30am that day.

The shot was taken as I went out for a cigarette break around midnight.
I saw those nice paintings on the bridge's foot and there were some wooden pillars placed in a circle with a big metal ball on top so I simply went in the pillars' middle and took the shot from there.

Really wished the people who gave me 2s and 3s commented because I thought it was an ok shot with a little mystique to it but maybe the paintings on the bridge pillar looked a little too "unreal"?

Appears a bit too NeatImaged. Grain or noise would've done nicely in this raw urban setting--rather than a soft, dreamy, fluffy appearance NI gives.
