This is a beautiful shot. I love the light on the trees and the image bisected by the barbed wire. I hd this one finishing much higher.

Very nice use of light in the capture and processing that maximizes it. I like the composition, too, and the title and barbed wire that work together to suggest a message.

The sidelighting is okay with me because you've retained most of the detail in the shaded side. The sky beyond is pretty bright, without detail or gradient. Your focus and DOF are good.
