 Placed the globe right behind my head. Used a soft box to light up my face.

I like the subtle texture you've left in the BG and how your shoulders fade into the darkness.

I don't do much studio work so it's always interesting to see how shots are setup. Nice strong contrast in this shot. I'm not sure if I like the light reflecting in your glasses or not. Gives a certain effect that I assume you were going for.
