The colors are gorgeous in this. With a possible exception of the rather scary green tones in her face. YIKES! ZOMBIE GEISHA! That could be fixed though and then it would be fantastic.

I suspect you were trying to show the faults in her makeup though with this particular image, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I like this one quite a bit more than the B&W one. Although you did a good job on the B&W conversion, this one works better for her pose and a bit more distance helps out her rather mediocre makeup job.
