Greetings from the Critique Club...
Hi Scotts...
This photo meets the challenge. It feels a bit weak in overall visual appeal though. The 'framing' feels a bit overpowering compared to the subject. Maybe a different time of day would produce a higher impact photo in this case. The haze makes the subject a bit 'muddy' and a lot of detail is lost.

I just wish the city would be clearer. Otherwise it's a great pic, has both the frame and the object. |
