 Thanks for the comments and votes...I was excited to get my third blue (yellow seems more my color!)

This is both a real and metaphorical dead end. It's a real "day cell" that was used to house prisoners in solitary. Yes, it's incredibly narrow, akin to a small passageway.

Whoa... creepy!! I would have put the information in the title -- the fact that it's a solitary confinement cell makes it even more effective! (it may have turned your 8 to a 9 or 10 from me!)

Congratulations on the blue! I agree with JuliBoc's comment. Wonderful lines, light, and texture. In addition, there are zero distractions from the leading lines. I think the arch above the sealed opening gives just that extra twist to make it a tad unusual and adds a lot of interest. What's behind the "door"? I want to know! Well seen.

Very odd passageway, but perfectly suited for the challenge. Messing with the lighting on this could've added some more spooky aspects to it, but it's pretty good as is.
