Isn't that a falcon or other bird? I've not seen a buzzard or vulture look like that. Great catch light. 7

Red-shouldered hawk, probably. But, I'd need to see more of the bird to tell for sure. Some electronic noise on feathers. I like the beak detail and the eye catch glint.
