i really like this image, but for me there isn't enough blur for this specific challenge. And i love the grain :)

i see what you're after, but am not taken away by the results. not enjoying the colors and the contrast. as is, it's more a picture of rocks and leaves (something concrete, tangible), rather than a moving stream (which could be fluid and abstract).
