 I guess it was kind of a trick question. Elliot Johnson of the Tampa Bay Rays slides in safely at the plate. He was initially called out, but New York Yankees catcher Russell Martin dropped the ball.

Great capture!

Regarding your title (I would have left off the bit after Play at the Plate). For the image here, it is taken too late to decide if the player is safe or not as his foot is on the bag AND he is being tagged. We need to see a shot where he is either being tagged and not on the plate or on the plate and not being tagged. :-)
