so many words it could be... Colorful? nope, that's not a state of mind... Busy? no, I think it's Blurred - final guess, even though I think most New Yorkers have pretty clear vision.

Rat-race or Hurried would be my guesses. As for the entry I like the left and right panels a lot but the saturation seems pretty blown out on the center panel as compared to the others two.

First word that comes to mind is "Chaos"? The blurred images automatically gave me the feel of movement, the center image shows the typical NY hustle and bustle. The center image is a just a little over-blown to me, just a minor adjustment in exposure, otherwise a good image.
