That is quite an improvement on the original that you based yours on.
The pose and expression really make the shot - lots of attitude. The reflection on the glasses provides that level of detail that takes it to the next level.
As others have stated, the background doesn't work for me and gives this too much of a staged look and seems 'processed' rather than real. |

In addition to Bob's comments, with which I agree wholeheartedly, I would add that the background doesn't work for me. It looks very smooth with a lovely graduation, which is what I think doesn't mesh with the remainder of the image - it looks unreal, pasted almost. Definite positive points are the reflection and the motion blur. |

Nice composition and lighting. The reflection in the glasses is great, although I wish I could see the dropped chips in the reflection rather than his arm. The gritty processing/lighting works great on the guy but looks kind of washed out on the cards. Catching a nice motion blur is hard and you did very well on it. While minor, the wrinkles on the table kind of detract from an otherwise very well done image. |

It has that uni-bomber meets sempermarine feel. Great retake. |

Awesome! Did you do the reflection in post processing or is that really the reflection? |
