Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Biggod53...
This is a rather nice scene and location for a photograph :) I like piers. I visit them often when I travel to the North Carolina coast. The fishermen and the pedestrians who are out for a simple stroll in the breeze are usually quite entertaining in their own rites. If your coast is anything like mine, there is usually a constant breeze to some extent which keeps the aroma of the salt water in the forefront of my mind. The water here looks relatively calm, so the breeze may not be as strong. The North Carolina coast is not rough by any standards, but the average waves that constantly pound the shoreline are 3 to 5 feet in height in normal weather. This looks like a relaxing place to be.
Nice work :)

very nice image with good spatial distance and a beautiful sky way at the end. Bumping to next level. |

I really like this photo. The gradiant color change of the base of the pillars accents that of the sand to the water. My only negatice comment (other than that bird in the water) is that my eyes beg for just a few more inches of the pier up top. |

I think this is a fantastic photograph, but to me it isn't really advertising a particular area. This shot could be any pier. Keep it up though - I really like the shot. |
