This was one of my 2 tens, a pity some voters took the primary colour to mean the building must be blue. A shot to be proud of.

Pity for the basic editing restriction. A dark vignette from the top would really focus the eyes where they should be. As it is my eyes go up too high and notice the wires, where I don't think I'd really mind them if the top half of the image were significantly darker.

As for the middle and down, awesome.

As much as I really like this photo, I had to lower my rating because I wanted to see a photograph that was really blue like a reflection from sky or a blue building not just a photo tinted in Photoshop.
