Looks like a lovely afternoon, but feels more like a vacation photo than a "street shot" so to speak. Processing is a little strong, creating haloes around the woman and some banding in the upper part of the sky.

Wonderful colors. Technically, might be a rotated a bit strangely. Still not sure what it's trying to convey other than being a pretty picture with lots of color.

I am afraid this does not work for me. I find the processing to be overdone, the saturation is way too intense for my taste and there is a big halo around the lady in the purple. The processing and the fact I am not really sure what the point of interest is in this image are why this is getting a low vote from me.
