I liked the colours and reflections in this underpass and took the shot while walking in order to get a bit of a surrealistic image (for me a new experience).
BTW, the underpass is the tunnel used in the opening sequence of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (for who is interested).
I adjusted levels, contrast, brightness and hue/saturation, then cropped the picture, again adjusted brightness and contrast and added the border.

Awesome hall shot. I always try but never can tale the long hall tunnel this well.

Really not a fan of the border on this one, but it's not particularly fetching so far as the prompt goes, either.

I like the camera shake, especially how it affects the lighting. The leading lines towards the stares and people work well too. Unfortunately, your choice of border is trying to be too much of a feature to me and distracts me from your image. Ignoring the border (at least trying too) I quite like this image.

i like the picture and the idea, but the frame is killing it for me

I enjoy blurry photos like this but I like a bit more story to go with them - maybe a few more folks in your path or a bit closer to the people.
