cool. i had a similar idea, then ended up doing something else. the tomato seems too rendered somehow. |

I'd have liked to see some of the shiny peel for contrasting texture. The shadow is strange somehow. The tomato itself "reads" blurry even though it looks crisp along the edges. |

I suspect you've already had comments about how a thinner slice would have been more dramatic. I really like the small, wet 'feet' at the front. |

This is a nice piece in my opinion. Focus is a touch soft for me, but the backlighting is very evident, and I love the little trail of fluid. I would suggest that maybe a kidney bean, or some other type of prop be used on the left side of the tomato to give the subject more of a "snail" appearance. |

funny shots are always well received, and this one looks great. May be a little over sharpened (left side of tomatoe). |
