Photographer’s Notes
I am just returning from 15 days in the Baltics – I took a gazillion photos and it will be weeks to sort them out. But in time for the free study, here’s one of my favorites from Amsterdam.
The title is a reference to Vincent Van Gogh and an homage to his work.

Thanks for the kind words and I'm honored to be compared with Anton Pieck.

@Ozzie, @Pelican and @Mita -

The angles and tilts of the buildings are real. In Amsterdam, many of the buildings tilt toward the street so a rope and pulley system can hoist furniture to upper floors when moving in and out. The combination of these angles creates some pretty strange architecture. But i like it.

Like how some of the buildings are weirdly tilted. Look forward to seeing the rest of the pics from the trip.

Nice composition and color, but it seems like there are some crazy angles on some of the houses.

Good try, but you only get as much extra pointage for 12 bikes as you do for 1.
