This waterfront architecture is absolutely a knockout, but the picture is a bit on the dull side in brightness and saturation. Wow what great buildings. I do wish more emphasis had been place on them and less on the river and the boats.

Returning for comments.
This image is really beautiful but it suffers from lack of luminosity. I would venture a levels adjustment would solve the whole problem. However, It is still worthy to get bumped to the next higher level.

This is a great composition of the skyline and waterway. The colors seem very toned down and muddy. In camera, a stop more on shutter speed or larger aperture may have worked; or in PS a touch more increase in the white level, and midtones to help.

This is a nice image but for some rason the lighting seems a little dark or flat

The photo looks a half stop underexposed to me and thus a little flat.

it lacks contrast... I would boost it a lot, the clouds look flat

the lighting really needs something in this. It feels flat and dead. With a lighter feel it qould really zing
