| I love the slightly abstract feel that the foreground textures add. I imagine the centered placement of the tree is deliberate on your part, and it is striking, especially in the context of all that negative space above, but in this case to my eyes the lighter colored triangular area on the left competes for attention, and less of that area might have prevented that. Still getting an 8 from me. |

| Nice open-ness of the shot. The colors seem a bit off to me, but I like the centered tree, the intersecting/overlapping lines, etc. |
