Pretty typical night, except for the hat, not a whole lot going on to capture or keep my attention, tonal range is too limited for my taste.

I like the basic thought here. But for me, the image is too dark, and flat. Maybe make use of some depth of field by positioning the camera a bit differently (like by the boots, looking up to your head).
