 Totally unplanned! There was a lot of moisture in the air this morning, and I didn't realize that my UV filter was getting wet. This is the result -- kind of appropriate with Halloween coming up.

The Blackfin is the Coast Guard cutter that is based here. The Hawksbill is stationed in Monterey.
