great colors here. i know this is an old shot, but you commented on my entry to "communication" and i didn't see any way to respond in that thread...so i am forced to reply here.
thank you very much for your compliment on my photo. this is my first submission and honestly i am a little dissapointed with the current score it holds. then again, there is a whole week to go, and i love the shot regardless of what random internet people think...
anyhow, just wanted to say that the photo is of a sign near my flat here in chicago...

| Great colors! I'm no expert at composition or cropping, but the horizontal lines of the sail tend to pull my eyes to the sides, but they have no place to go. I'm wondering if this would work well with more space at one of the sides? |

| Nice colors. Too bad some of the people's heads are cut off. Could crop it a little looser -- seems a little tight to me. |
