| Love everything about the photo except the pink. Must be a boy thing. The shadow and light of the flower is excellent with the sun above repeating the theme.t I really love the thorny lower left that gives me a reality check to contrast the otherwise overwhealming bright double sun. |

| very nice image, but the light is too harsh and interfering with the composition. have you tried using a polarizer on your camera? it takes away a lot of interfering sun and gives everything a deeper colour. |

I think a little different angle, to get the sun out of the picture, would have given you richer colors. Also, shallow depth of field has gotten half the flower out of focus. It looks like you were trying to get the flower against the sky, but the darker background of grass and trees would have contrasted more with the backlit petals.
You were trying for a tough one, and only missed by a little. Keep taking pictures! |
