Ha...I have to go with Hahn on this one. I have a Bio Degree and do believe in a GOD. I just don't believe he plopped one human being down on Earth and then made another human being from the first one's rib....6000 years ago.

lol, sorry I should have clarified, I don't believe any animal is my ancestor but I digress, I wish the shot had finished higher for you, if this is your belief then the shot really fits the challenge well.

I think it's a scientific conslusion. If you're a human, then this is your oldest mammalian ancestor. I'm sure many members of this site are in denial about that, especially if they believe in "creationism".

hehe, I suppose if you want to consider you're related to that it's up to you. As far as the picture goes the lighting is a bit flat, I might have cropped in closer for more impact

This photo just doesn't grab me. A closer view (less of the water and land) maybe would have more impact.

Not my ancestor... :) But your capture is nice. Rule of thirds works fine, great focus and the saturation is right on. I like the water movement and reflections...
