| Just for the image itself, it holds my interest beautifully... but then I have to search for the 5 so I keep looking and looking and I keep finding more. My 7 was not good enough but I know you care more that I came back to enjoy this again... way more than just pixels is right. |

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: A strong conceptual style - one that I'd associate with  jmritz - there are things to be seen here and other things to be imagined. The POV is at hip view while things are taken in bags to the waiting table - a dark underground room - preparations for an invitation-only fringe soiree...
Critical stuff: I don't always like this sort of work but the presence of choice is so clear that it is inappropriate to be critical.
Overall: Interest beyond its pixels. |
