 My wife had a piece of Gallium. Reminded me a bit of the Borg vessel. Adjusted tone and sharpening in LR.

ice job capturing the intricate detail in that piece. I can almost imagine it being hundreds of yards tall like the face of a glacier. Great choice of element as well, did you have to be careful not to melt the sample while handling it?
