| I love the edit. The sky especially reminds me of the greeting cards we used to have in Poland. Nice long exposure, composition and the town. |

| I almost think there are too many effects in this photo which detract a little from the basic image. I think I would have left the lights in the background and the sky a little more 'as is'. The drama and rhythm of the tail lights down the road is a little lost in all the 'noise' of the rest of the effects in the photo. |

| THE city! Not sure if the grain is intentional or not, could have used a bit more time and lower ISO. |
