New snow carved by many hours of intense wind. Moraine Park in RMNP. This is in the middle of the burned meadow, not far from the roche moutonnée.

I certainly marked this as "helpful". It's quite an interesting comment. Hope it stays up for all to see.

Texture in the landscape? "Hard to see"? Hell, the natural landscape is FULL of textures on all scales from the macro to the micro, so to speak. That's what we landscape photographers thrive on, isn't it? Well done!

ETA: you absolutely NAILED the exposure on this one, Richard!
