 When i thought of this challenge, i wanted to depict the importance of Water for sustaining "Life".. After all, Earth is the only planet with water and hence has living beings.. or so we think ;-)

This sapling could not have emerged from the ground amongst the arid surroundings if it did not receive Water. The dead leaf next to the sapling also signifies what the absence of water can do.

Not much editing barring contrast, added some warmth, crop, and applied high pass filter for sharpness. Not expecting much with this entry, but lets see how it goes :-)

Nice. Maybe a different composition would have made this even better? The plant is very central.
