| I thought this would score higher although there is nothing wrong with 13th place. It's such a visual delight and perfect for the challenge as the burst of color isn't so in your face but rather just a beautiful addition to a skillfully composed shot. It would make a wonderful print and/or this photo would represent January perfectly in a calendar. |

| Multnomah Falls - great place for pictures! I love the bright red jacket against the muted colors in the rest of the picture. Must have been cold with all the ice to either side of the falls. |

| My favorite in this challenge. Good job of incorporating that red coat into this well known waterfall and bridge scene. I had a similar idea, as a goal, but the weather kept the people home on the day I shot. 10 |

| Yes the jacket is a BURST of color...but it doesn't do anything for me to like the photo any more than I would have without him in the photo. |
