First, kudos to Judi for the idea for this shot. We travelled together to Thailand late last year for a photographic blitz. She asked our guide Nut to release these birds so we could photograph it.

This image is a composite, mainly a couple of the birds inserted because they all flew off at different times and weren't all in the one shot at once.

I love the mood and action in this composite. The release of the birds captured in flight coupled with Nut's glowing smile makes me think of the joy of spreading one's wings to fly both spiritually and literally. Well done - This is my favorite from your set.

And again! Can you upload a higher res version? This one is showing quite a lot of degradation - look along the length of the arms - and it deserves to be seen at its very best.
